Så fungerar det

Vi vill beskriva en person så att läsaren ser personen framför sig. Vi börjar med utseendet: She has short, grey hair. He wears glasses. Sedan kommer personligheten: She's kind and really funny.

Ge ett exempel som visar hur personen är: She always helps me with my homework. Ett exempel säger mer än bara ordet kind. Du väljer själv vem du skriver om, och skriver bara det du vill dela.

He's really funny. He always makes me laugh. Det betyder: han är jätterolig. Han får mig alltid att skratta.

My neighbour Mrs Green

My favourite person in our street is our neighbour, Mrs Green. She's about seventy-five years old. She has short, white hair and bright blue eyes, and she always wears a yellow raincoat, even when the sun is shining. Mrs Green is very kind. When we moved here two years ago, she brought us a big apple cake and a map of the town. She's also really funny. She tells stories about her life, and they always make me laugh. When she was young, she was a pilot! She flew small planes all over Scotland. She's clever too. She knows the name of every plant in her garden, and she helps me with my science homework. Last spring we grew tomatoes together on her balcony. Mrs Green has a dog called Pepper. Pepper is small and brown, and he's a bit lazy. He likes sleeping in the sun more than going for walks. On Saturdays I walk Pepper for her, and she gives me a cup of hot chocolate. Every year on her birthday the whole street has a party in her garden. She makes lemonade, and everyone brings something to eat. Some people think older people are boring. They haven't met Mrs Green! Nadia
